Im still having a hard time believing it.
I'd be shocked if this happened, I mean stranger things have happened in league but I just can't see Sheens taking the head coaching job.

Sheens to bring along a less experienced coach. What's wrong with that?
Better than just chucking someone in here.
Sheens needs to be given full control to fix up the place. He's in a position of power to get that too

My guess is Madge was still convinced he could turn him in to a star half, he kept picking him every week, I would say Madge stopped the move

I believe there is a shortage of quality coaches like Bellamy, Payten, Cleary, Robinson, Hasler and Stuart. They either remain with their existing club or gravitate to clubs with good rosters. There is no reason we cannot acquire an up and coming coach under the tuition of Sheens. The consistent rubbishing of the club due to Maguire being flicked is over the top.

He's waiting so he can look even more like a saviour. If appointed I'll still wish him well, but very pessimissticly.

The reason Madge got the boot is because of the staring roll in FAILS OF TIGER TOWN. After 10 years of failure and 2 with him as coach, while slipping down the ladder. People can say what they like. I saw first hand why. You just don’t do that. I blame himself.
That's probably why the rumours of Sheens being coach may actually happen. Sheens needs to build the vision and has proven he can't do this in his current position. If he creates and coaches a competitive team, then maybe just maybe in a few years some more decent coaches might take on the challenge of taking over. Anyway, atm who knows what's going to happen.

He has that now - taking on the coaching job will mean we'll need someone else to take on the Football Manager role.
