My proposal is to hire a god damned coach who doesn’t require a nana nap during the day.
FFS Tim Sheens had a massive hand in creating our decade of incompetence. Robbie and Benji contributed in their own ways.
It makes me sick that weak hearted soft cock ‘fans’ like you just swallow everything the club says.
These 3 men, at the height of their powers, returned 4 years in a row of no finals directly proceeding a premiership. All 3 of the guys have been forced out by the club previously. Sheens sued them, Benji copped it twice and ran the clubs name into the ground and Farah created a media storm highlighting how inept the joint is…and fans like me are being ridiculed for questioning the logic here?

From an optics point of view, its genius.

Benji is a feel good story. It takes the Tigers from a team who can't get a coach to one where they anointed one of their favourite sons to instill the Tiger DNA (whatever that might be!) to the team going forward.

All under the watchful eye of the only coach to have some success here.

He was questioning the shit show that is the wests tigers right now . I would be too . It’s a shambles . He wanted reassurances . And it sounds like he got them .
If you listen to him speak , he’s very aware of the mess he’s walking into .

As I was mentioned I felt I should reply....

I'm trying hard not to be cynical but I really do feel like a lot of people are forgetting the club's history with these very three men.

Personally, I was glad when each one of them left the club the first time - all for their own nuances.

I'm happy for people who are pleased with the Sheens and Benji appointments and if it is a success I'll be as happy as any other tigers supporter.

But I can't shake the memories of "Shuffles" Sheens, "Pass to the Cheap Seats" Benji and "All About" Robbie.

I'm not a fan of the choice, but I'll wait and see and keep an open mind about it...and try not to carry on too much if it doesn't work!

Anyway, on a positive note, as a lifelong tigers fan I'm pretty sure now that when I die I'll come back 10 years later! 🤣

Its been fun for all of you having me back but this joy, like all of lifes joys, is fleeting. I must bid you all adieu again.

I'd like to thank all that have made this return possible, all the true believers and even the ones that didnt want to believe but in the end, the truth is all that matters. I'd also like to take this moment to think of our fallen comrades, like Tigermaniac, where ever he may be.
