I think a few players would of been waiting to see who the coach is and with the club announcing Benji is the long term coach will only help.. Players want to know who's coach and if they didn't say Benji they would be thinking who is that going to be in 2 years.. Smart move

I got a heap of Leeds mates that are spewing he's coming - They don't rate him and never have....
I feel his rep player status may have come at an opportune time when the other guys were unavailable...

I don't see anything in him even is ressies that says he's an NRL player.

Biggest issue is he can’t pass . The rest is all coachable . But he doesn’t have the most basic draw and pass game . It’s like he’s never done a 3 on 2 drill in his life .

Yeah we need a couple of front rowers joradan McLean is off contract I’d be throwing him a contract I know he’s injured atm but up to this pint he has played every game and only missed 12 tackles all year

Franklin Pele and Kade Dykes would be good signings.

Dykes seems like a Benji style of 5/8 - genuine pace, great step, great passing.

Exactly finn, now this season is done , get pole, tumeth and junior tapou starting, get them blooded for next year, can't figure out why kimmorley is persisting with bludgers like kelma and roberts

Not Nathan Brown. He is on a big contract at the end of his career and unwanted at a scumbo club. He might be okay if you get him cheap but that is going to be difficult.

The others are all good choices.

As Paws stated adding Pele to that list is a good choice. We need some impact props.

I would be happy with either Brown or Pele for different reasons. I think we'll only bring in one middle forward from outside the club.

Brown, for his experience in the middle, line speed in defence (which we need), aggression (which we need) & leg speed in attack (which we need) plus I can see the club doing it and using the PR line of bringing another Tiger home.

Pele, for his x-factor, impact & type that can run off the back fence who can inspire the other forwards.

I tend to think Sheens will want to bring in experience here & focus on pathways for promoting future young middles.
