I’m not against this idea at all I think it hold be a good thing for us, I don’t think we needed to lock in the succession plan. I think we could have stated our intention is for Benji to take over, I don’t feel we needed to lock it in Eddie. It’s not like anyone is going to poach him, and what happens if Faf turns out to be a better candidate? Anyway on we go there was little choice, no one understands Wests Tigers like these three blokes so you know it’s going to be all in.

This 5 year plan is scary as hell to a potential recruit.
I can see Robbie being senior Management or even CEO in time.
Bug wanted Ellis in the centres. Best forward we have had. That was when I knew I had heard enough.

I haven't read one post on this thread since i heard the confirmation. I get what they are doing but dot the i"s and cross the T's and get Gareth Ellis as part of our coaching team. Get whaturia to find centres to play like centres. Get a Pat Richards, who i believe started the money for wingers coz he had it all. Kicked goals, Scored unscoarable tries and had the best kickoff restarts. I'm a Wests Tiger, i live it i gotta believe. My fav movie is " The good the bad the ugly'. I think we have seen all three. Time to shoot and stop talking
