Wests Tigers Coaches

I’ve seen people state that Benji has been acting as a part time coach for 5 years now.
Surely that translates to him standing out the back chinwagging with the training staff so he can get out of the 400m sprints everyone else was doing?
People say Ciraldo and Fitzy had plentu of assistant coach experience and they're everyone's top choice. But.. they also had experience as a head coach for 3-5 years with the reserve grade and U20s teams.

Seriously give any of the other 16 teams FIVE choices for a first grade coach and absolutely none of them would pick the set-up that we have chosen.

Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom. Brain explosions. Sort of explains the brain dead comments. It's happening, full stop. Get over it and get on the bus

Now where have I heard that before?

He is an elite player. One of the biggest grubs in the game. He could turn us around though. I'd love him here.

Can you imagine a mature non grubby Latrell. Him and Tommy Turbo would be the two players in the comp most likely to win their team the game.
To me fully fit he is the most talented in the game. Generational player but ill discipline costs him for sure

Didn't see him schooling any kids behind the goal posts for us every week in 2020

Is the 5 year thing just for Benji?
If it is, what's stopping him from bringing in someone from outside the club to be assistants when his head coach role starts or is this confined to within the club?
