Don't apologise Lauren. I was thinking about what you just said then and it could be a possibility.
Seems he's well respected by all his peers and has a vast number (of current players) that have always looked up to him.
Know coaching is a lot different but I'll never dismiss that he was a player that was capable of matching it with the best and came out on top - from a generation of players that included the likes of Smith, Cronk, Thurston and Lockyer.
Plays 6 in a top 4 team....

I was once there too, on the long march of the club shill refugees, trying to escape from the horrific barrage of criticism and the massive hate-on the club.

Sheens was meant to be in charge of Coach development. NOT the coach.
Marshall is now being "groomed" for the head coach. Look I like Marshall, but he is exactly the kind of coach we don't need. Attacking coach/magic on field. sure. Head coach, nope.
It means our defensive culture and grit are not going to get developed as we have seen when Sheens was in charge.
John Morris, Woolf, Flanagan all would have been better.
Absolute failure of the board and management. This is a massive capitulation to the people around the WT.
We can all now go asleep to 2025. I predict we will make 6-8 that year.

Why is kimmorley seeing out the season. Shows how weak this new coaching group is in leaving someone else to front up and take responsibility for the shit show that will be the rest of this season

Bellyache decade of success is built around structures. Robo at the Chooks talks about structures. All great coaches use the word structure all the time.
Benji and the word structure have never been used. Fun times ahead. My mind goes back to the Balmain days when someone came up with a left field idea to appoint Allan Jones. Was right up there with the P76

.working out recruitment and retention
.working out structures
.working out defensive systems
.working out who’s gonna play where
For me I see no point in sheens coaching this year he should be putting all his energy into planning for next year

The only structure at the wt these days is protecting the incompetent boys club.
Who remembers Benji refusing the gift of the game ball in his last match for us?
Was upset with his treatment after he’d spent years knifing Madge in the locker room (allegedly).
Benjis got all the composure of a ticketed member being turfed from their regular seat by Pascoes money grabbing regime because some anorexic trendy lentil soup sucking yuppie is willing to pay more.
Our German Shepard is better role model and has just as much coaching experience.
