Wests Tigers Coaches

Has anyone told Benji he’d need to give his media gig away? I feel he has the personality where he wakes up and suddenly he feels in the mood to do X. Its probably not something he wanted to do the day before, and won’t want to do it the day after. If he’s always had a burning desire to coach over his cushy media gig, then I’m a pigmy from Africa. As for the club, I feel like lack of interest from any real candidates lead them to throwing their hands in the air and trying something they feel is innovative. At the same time, they must have licked their lips at the PR potential, and to romanticise the hell out of it, which they did in the press release with Pascoe waffling on about WT’s DNA. While Benji definitely wasn’t the best candidate, which I’m sure they would know, they’ve gone the route of trying to drum up excitement amongst a supporter base that is feeling very jaded and over it by appointing a club legend who is a popular figure. His appointment is for positive press more than anything else imo.
Have you thought about going into media GNR?
Maybe a podcast? I think you would be really good at it, really.
Bubbly personality and positive demeanor.
You would be just the right guy to listen to on the way home from work and stuck in traffic.

Just be a bit more constructive and relax. I'm trying to unwind from a hard day watching the "Open"

I agree.

It turns out that tim didn’t sign Paps. That was Madge.

It turns out that he didn’t help Madge when he could have, preferring a 6 month milkshake.

Sacks Madge without doing his homework re his replacement.

Takes the job for himself with punk student.

And the club sell it as a godsend miracle.

The fact that I find amusement in the wankery of those who take their posts on here so seriously in the search for validation is, in equal amounts amusement and sadness. Of them and for them, not me.

This is a quote from you...

Then you feel the need to justify your resume to some one who doesn't even care what you have to say.....

😂😂😂 I'm here for the footy and banter, not your life story.

There's one positive about Benji coaching (well, a couple, but one that comes to mind), and that is that he should give certainty and structure to the club. No player revolt is possible, so they will be held accountable. At least in theory. In any case, Benji will be a figurehead, so a real coach can coach from underneath in terms of strategy.

And as ever the optimist, it's a far better choice than Robbie, heaven forbid!

I respectfully disagree but appreciate your point.

The cruel and angry millionaire Benji is going to manifest itself to try to convince players to have a go.

He can barely splutter out a cogent sentence as it is.

I think @tigertragic’s educational psychology degree would be more useful to try to creep into player minds and inspire them as he would have many ideas and insights into how people think.

Benji has a fake gold chain around his neck and is one of the boys, better suited to inspire a teenager playing pinball. Go for the bonus target.

He thinks what works for him, will obviously work for everyone else. I’m afraid people don’t lose a couple a billion brain cells overnight.

So is that 3 degrees tiger?
I think it’s two.

But probably worth 3 or 4 of the easier ones.

A degree in maths is probably one of the hardest degrees imaginable.

Your brain would need to be wired differently than 99% of the population.

Educational psychology would mean that he’s studied learning. More expert in how people learn and I suppose he could apply this to himself. It may have helped him with Maths, but I’d hazard a guess, a maths degree, well it’s probably an ability you’re lucky enough to be born with.

I lucked out and passed standard Maths at the hsc. But I worked out that gambling is usually a fools errand.

But I don’t like big numbers as a rule. Such as how many errors we make, metres conceded, fans burning memberships after this latest triggering.

Nope, all for the laughs.

Better use that educational psychology degree elsewhere champ.

Don't need to justify my "being" or post my resume to fellow footy fans - to me that appears something much more questionable in regards to seeking validation from strangers on the internet.

I thought you had to finish one before you start another, so a double degree and one more would be three??
