I disagree. He had all those salary cap impediments, recruitment by committee.

But what he couldn’t quite manage was the individual and overall development and growth in the cattle that he did have.

There was no gentle general curve upwards, it was more fits and starts and the deep plunges.

Everyone should have improved, more or less, to some measure. But he didn’t get there.

Pretty much as I suspected. Wests Tigers management clown show goes balls up royally and now Tim has to try to polish the little nugget they dropped in his lap.
No surprises. So much for the carefully crafted strategic plan eh?
The finger pointing is already evident and accountability equals plausible deniability. That's just how we roll.
Anyway here's to Tim and Benji. The balls up is in your court.

Then Benji fires Sheens and becomes HC himself appointing Farah as Director of Football, then Farah fires Benji and becomes HC and appoints Sheens as Director of Football..
 
100% they asked ciraldo again if he was interested. CC apparently stated that the tigers needed an experienced coach at this stage. So after everyone knocked us back, they worked out the current plan, that bunji has now. They would’ve of thought that he mite be interested with the help of sheens, which I believe is fair. Then he knocked them back again, then we asked bunji if he was interested. Absolutely nothing wrong with asking CC as the offer had changed!!

Yep.

Well Tim has done great things in the past with much less $$.

This time around he has a lot more $$ with high brand damage.
 
I heard Tallis say a few years back that he found Tim Sheens a very overrated coach. He spoke about his record with us and Cowboys as well as Australia- main point and I'm quoting here "Sheens has never been able to teach defence".

I only know of Tim's coaching since 2007 but would be interesting to see the defensive records of the Raiders and Panthers teams he coached.
