Wests Tigers Coaches

100 percent talking about Da Silva after listening to that interview. I reckon Heath Mason could be a chance of one of the spine he is talking about. Looks real good from what I have seen of him. Pretty sure he is rated highly in the club too.
How stacked is our hooker options
Even for the future.

Definitely a strength area for us moving forward! Amazing how we have gone from struggling in this position and needing a Harry Grant loan to get us out of trouble, to having the NSW hooker on board and then a whole heap of talented youth right behind him.

Sheens/Benji/Robbie implementing a lot more attacking footy should be the best for all these types of players too.

Good news, the entire 2005 team is back, playing in their favoured positions, Fitzy will spend half the match on the wing, then cycle through centres, 5/8th and a little bit of dummy half to finish the 80 mins off.

Future First Grade?

I don't think the fullback will stay a fullback. Plays a bit like a forward.

Also, you're missing our only Australian Schoolboys rep - Chris Faagatu
Not sure about Luke Laulili. Clearly a talented player and with his brother in the forwards you could be right he could move there. Could make a really good centre as well though.

That is all well and good to identify future plans for when those juniors are first grade ready, but he has said they are 3 years off being ready. So we are in a holding pattern until then. This is essentially admitting the roster is no up to standard and we cannot attract talent to improve it, so we have to simply wait and hope other clubs don't poach those juniors in 2 years time.
So if he is admitting the roster isn't good enough and the club can not attract talent, why fire the coach that did actually convince two quality players to come here?
The way Tim spoke he said they had identified the juniors they wanted to hold and they had been secured as he said its impossible to hold onto them all and he hoped the one's secured would come through. He said our junior talent is very good and the pathways program is doing its job
