In the meantime , with no disrespect intended, may I suggest some good recruitment retention education may be gained if you spend couple of hours of your life to watch (or as in my case re-watch) baseball movie Moneyball.

Seriously though, I guess it depends what your buying.
Is it the Leagues Club and or the football club with associated chattels.
I can remember Court and Crowe pitched in around 3 million to buy Souths Sydney and paid around 6-7 million to clear debts.
