You also have an employment contract.... that does not prevent you from quitting.

If he repudiates the contract we can seek nominal damages - but not force him to play.
 
He signed for only 1 reason $1.9 mill for 3 years and initially parra offer well short of this .Now parra not keen on Nathan Brown and they can now match offer or thereabouts. Of course we are legally protected by the laws of contracts but impractical to enforce as Player need only play half hearted and you would be better off giving in . So the only body that could make these contracts stick is the NRL who could easily bring in a rule making player sit out season if renigging
PAPALLI if can get same money and stay with your friends in a finals bound team probably will prefer to stay put
Its wrong unfair but we need an image of a club that is both harmonious and a club on the rise
Having said all that I hope he honours his contract and gives it his all

It all depends if Joe Tapine would have second thoughts himself.

But I believe JT is a superior footballer and particularly where Tigers need help - forwards platform, so if I had an option I'd take JT.

Why can't we have both?
 
Quite simple just ignore it all because bottom line is he's signed so any other conversation is just white noise. They dont need to respond just pretend like nothings happening, rather than providing a basis for these clown shithead journalists, make their words diminish into thin air

Both... would be unreal.

Literally would make our pack the best, or close to the best in the comp.

Just feels like when we miss out on what we want, we end up something decent as well?
