He is playing it smart isn't he. Let's hope he is just playing a game when he states it'll take 3 years to improve.

We've seen the team perform the last couple of weeks and show we have plenty to offer. There should be no excuses not to at least get real close to making the finals next season.

He shouldn't state that but that should be the expectation.

People who use that line generally believe that supporting a club means blindly happy-clapping at every decision made by a club. Criticism comes from a place of passion and a wanting to right the ship, so to speak. The argument could be made that those who don't provide criticism are 'so called supporters', as they don't appear invested enough to see the flaws of the organisation that need addressing.
