i apologise for my opinion being in the wrong thread but im not sure how to start a thread..i believe we are getting around 100k for Noffa, lets say 50 k for Gildart, 200k for Luci and say 100k for Thomas M leaving the club, where has this money gone?? I believe we have extended Toa and AJ but surely there must be a heap more money available, if someone could shed light on what the club are doing with these extra funds would be appreciated.

If he had reactivated his 2023 contract with us surely he would have come out and said that.
If the manager is involved Joffa will go to the highest bidder because at his stage of his career it's all about the $$$.
He's played rep footy and SOO so going to another club wouldn't influence any further rep chances one would think as would the RLWC.
I think Joe is happy at WT as he's really respected so I don't think he would go somewhere else if the $ were not greater.
WT need Joffa in the rebuilding phase.

Well to be honest it is a mutual option right...
And he has been one of our best this year, so probably deserves a pay bump and an extension.

I can't even point you in the correct direction (the threads are everywhere and no doubt spreading). In short, the comments reflected the background noise that a certain club is interested in Brooks but he is a contracted WTs player and will remain one. I believe there was mention of him being a one club player but perhaps someone else can confirm it. We've had the Hull, Klemmer, Fritzell and no doubt a few other rumours. It is out of hand.😀

Or Jake Simpkin then we either continue to try to offload Liddle to another Club or keep him for his final season under contract.

Moving forward I like the hooker squad of Korisau, Nu Brown (1st backup), Rua Ngakuira (2nd backup) & Mikey Tannous (T&T or Dev contract as 3rd backup).

My point is this whole forum is full of the "B" threads. I can't wait till we see the end of it.....or will we 🤔

He's turning into a solid leader. He was captain at the broncs but looked like he struggled. If we're going down the dev route, we need experienced heads as well

I think that this is the right thread for this. Rumour has it that the extra $$$ is being used to front load next year's contracts, so we have more money to play with in '23. Another rumour was about paying some of Brook's contract for next season, to lessen the impact of paying him to play elsewhere, though someone said that we couldn't do that.
