Yes Mr Paws , George Williams would be a good get. He's a good english forward. I thought George Williams was a good half for the Raiders. Pity it ended in tears.
Disagree , you don’t treat your own like that and get away with it, I’m guessing an extension is coming. No chance.
After his run with injuries no other club would be offered him anything other than a train and trial. And nor should we. Offer him the same deal as Roberts. Train and trial over the offseason and see how he's tracking post injury and maybe then sign him to another one year deal.
Does everyone not realise that we have the worst roster in the comp! If we re-sign most of the current players we'll have no room for quality players, and will be fighting to avoid the spoon every year.
Our players are crap. Most of them should be released. Yet we've even already re-signed 3 players
Who knows what the club is thinking. They wrote off the year when Maguire got sacked - selling the development club garb, and having fun, not selecting injured players - tell that to Ken M.. Weakened the squad by letting players go - one of our best - without replacing them. The only club willing to let a FG player to go to Melbourne to help their cause and then some fans want to have a crack at the players left in the team who are meant to perform with a growing injury list. Fans fantasizing about signings that are just that, and this whole blind faith in Sheens... aside from the Papalii dramas. Really very little to have faith in things getting better next year atm.Good question, where would Storm have played Doueihi?
I’m guessing outside backs?
Is that why the club didn’t want Doueihi going to Victoria?
I couldn’t understand why a development club chose to send Nofa, who has developed a poor attitude, but not Doueihi who displays a winning attitude?
What sort of message does this send to the playing group?
If Nofa is on a junket tour, it throws up another question, just who is running this development club? Seems awfully like Nofa’s mate?
Nofa will probably return skilled up in the grapple and a more refined appreciation of Greek cuisine, but how will the team benefit? I would much prefer Doueihi return with improved defence and a Munster flat footed palm off, if the club intend to persist with him at 6.
Mate we essentially beat 2 teams sitting in the top 4 at the time while we had a huge injury toll if we get our hole squad on the park next year we will be competitiveWho knows what the club is thinking. We have been doing that for years. Win two lose five.Mate we essentially beat 2 teams sitting in the top 4 at the time while we had a huge injury toll if we get our hole squad on the park next year we will be competitive
From Melbourne Storm's website.Seeing Munster is currently playing fullback for Melbourne I doubt you're correct.
It was the way we won the games, with lots of second phase play and an expansive style of football. It is an entree of things to come.We have been doing that for years. Win two lose five.
We just don’t have the answers. The Nofa to Storm deal was definitely not on last time it was suggested, and I think at the time we would have got Addo-Carr, now whichever way you analyse that scenario it has us laughing for the next 3 years.Who knows what the club is thinking. You have got blinkers on. The competition is short of quality players and our club can't attract them and without them you stay camped at the bottom of the ladder. Coaches know it and so do players. It was the way we won the games, with lots of second phase play and an expansive style of football. It is an entree of things to come.
Given the talk about him playing second row next year, they would have to have re-signed him at least to ‘23 to be planning the squad with him.No chance.

I think if Papali’i doesn’t come, which is highly likely, we will be bottom 4 again next year. You have got blinkers on. The competition is short of quality players and our club can't attract them and without them you stay camped at the bottom of the ladder. Coaches know it and so do players.
We've signed two of the best players in the NRL - Koriseau and Papali'i' for next year. The club is punching above its weight. There is a concerted effort to upskill the roster. You have got blinkers on. The competition is short of quality players and our club can't attract them and without them you stay camped at the bottom of the ladder. Coaches know it and so do players.
We will be bottom 4 regardless. Korisou will help in the ruck for sure. But we still have a bottom 4 backline and no impact from the forwards.I think if Papali’i doesn’t come, which is highly likely, we will be bottom 4 again next year.
Confident ?We will be bottom 4 regardless. Korisou will help in the ruck for sure. But we still have a bottom 4 backline and no impact from the forwards.
Smoke for the Knights whose coach is under extreme pressure to retain his job and cannot go into next season without an established half.
You could have the positive opinions of all world leaders and it would mean nothing unless you have the conviction of the one person who counts. ATM we don’t seem to have that.Paps will be at the Tigers in 23. It would be a PR disaster for the club to back down. It also appears that the players union are backing us along with a large chunk of public sentiment.
