Will Api deliver a Robbie repeat ?

Wake up clown...
I know what my name is....

Ask Gary Freeman why Robbie didn't get played in SG Ball? (As a kid)
Ask Mark O'Neill about the spray Robbie got in his debut...

I watched enough of both to establish an opinion....
You obviously got yours from the highlight reels.

Move on, Come back when you're a little more schooled.
Thanks for you Gould opinion Bulldog boy. There is anouther forum for Bulldog supporters... I suggest you join it. By the way your idol , Jeremy Marshall king aint a hair on Robbies or Bennys bumhole. Every one is allowed an opinion but when supposed supporters bag the Tiger greats not only of this club but of the NRL -NSWRL ... your are the one who needs schooling. Say hi to Cameron for me, Us Tigers are going to dominate your dogs next year!

You've not even been here 6 months dickhead...
Watching the game even less than that would be my guess.
But your guess would be wrong.........Dont believe everything Gould tells you . A great ball playing secondrower , but now thinks every thing he says is gospel....he talks consistant crap about the Tigers & the game but it doesnt make it true. Like the statement 10 Tigers ready to walk when Madge was sacked.. havent seen one walk yet. Who is the biggest fool...... fool who leads or the fool who follows?

Smoke and mirrors.

For the rich and fond memories of his playing 1 year for us, virtually a rookie, that went on to represent in origin. Harry Grant can’t go unmentioned in this thread. He will always be consider as one of ours, even though on loan and for 1 year only . Never said a bad word about us. Champion.

Benched him for the season
- I’m paraphrasing…. But it was something along the lines of “Until Robbie learns it’s a team game, you’re on the bench”

Played Dene in front of him
Digging into my records last night I found that Farah played two years of SG Ball (hence my initial confusion). The year under Freeman you’re talking about @batboy, Balmain went winless and a kid named Hayward was starting hooker (Dene was fullback). The following year, under Dave Kelly, Farah was the starting hooker.

Will he be the new captain?
Not sure if we drop that on him too soon although he has the necessary experience and cred. I always thought he was a doer and not a motivator.
Let him settle in first.
Captaincy is a touchy and difficult subject , I’ve heard ( 2nd hand) that Douehis busting for it but, at present, seems a little petulant for that eg I want the 6 jumper or I’m taking my marbles and going home.
Jacko could lead but a few of the hard heads already seem to be reacting to his chat.
Will be fascinating to see how that all plays out.

I don’t remember it back then, I wasn’t about ball…
- saw them both talking about it years later….
Farah might have got Wiz the sack!!
If as you say, Farah was denied a starting spot by Wiz due to not being a team player - I guess we’re lucky, given Robbie has made no secret of being a Canterbury supporter as a kid, that he didn’t puff out his bottom lip and head off to Belmore to play for his beloved Bulldogs

I wonder if Api will hold his form here? If so, for how long?
Question is, does he make Panther forwards look good, or vice versa ? Acting of the back of Fisher Harris, Kikau, Martin and Yeo puts them continually on the front foot and makes the dummy half role a lot easier.
I’m an unabashed Yeo fan and having him around seems to pull everything together.
API is slick from dummy half and a fearless defender, that’s exactly what we need from him.
Then Jacko can play the Yeo role.
One pleasing thing ,from my perspective, is that Eisenhuth still looks as pedestrian as he was with us.

He’d already left Belmore to go to Balmain - well known fact, something to do with the league or his club folding at the time.

Came the other way, probably not much chance of him heading back
I didn’t know that. So he played somewhere before Enfield Feds?

Did he play Matt’s Cup at Canterbury, or had he already departed them by then ?
