The position we are in we should have a daily hook up with player managers just in case any players are feeling unloved, need a change of scenery. Pascoe probably just reads Buzz’s column.

Agree..
Look at the Dogs for instances they went out and brought some quality players and might of paid extra for them but this year with all the troubles with coach etc they are 5 spots ahead of us and there club is in a better light. Plus due to this they even got the coach we badly wanted as they were in a better situation then us even with the new COE opening..

I know as a club we have been burnt before but to get out of this shit hole position we are in at the bottom you need to BUY a few top players to get you.

out. Good example is Sharks as well as they brought Dale F and Nicko Hynes and now they are top 3..

I'm not saying go overboard but 11 years and now we are relying on young inexperienced players to get us out. FFS Blind Freddy can see we need leadership and we got that with Hastings but need more so we all know Tigers will let him walk cause that's what we do.. We stuff it up

If you allow yourself to get played. If someone comes available we should know instantly approx what he’s worth to us. There’s only really 300-400 pros in the Country and it’s not hard to assign that many players your best offer.

While I agree with your sentiment, aren’t they on significant money? Couldn’t we have some heavy hitters on that money who can have genuine influence in a contract negotiation. We get bobo and gadget.

Well as far as press and TV.
Even though it was the Tigers worst season, I felt there was hardly a day went by without us being talked about, yet we only last week got to the bottom.
But the other teams that were below us for almost the whole season.
Hardly a word was said about any of them, almost all season.
Like we are now in the position everyone wanted us to be in.

Newcastle have the last few weeks I feel….
Although, they should have had the whole season - what do they have, 5-6 origin players in that squad?

They have retained a lot of young guys who were nobodies 2-3 yrs ago. They also made the two most astute signings of the year imo.

How do the Boards salaries work? They all just doing it for the love? Maybe we should pay people!

Of course the big boss job ain’t easy but on that sort of coin, I’d expect accountability (and in rugby league that equals wins).
