I really like Douiehi but who cares. I think he has the potential to be a real good player but potential doesn't really matter. He is a long way off being a marquee talent in this comp.

Bellamy is retiring very soon as he stated recently stated. Melbourne will return to the pack. They are already showing signs of desperation, Adam Doueihi is not. He is captain in waiting at the WT.

Not sure what you’re going on about, but both Brooks and Doueihi have predominantly played 6 this year which incidentally is the same position Munster plays.

Feel free to justify in your head why Doueihi is preferred however you like.

I honestly don't know. I just think that we should be careful of where we allocate good dollars. Bellamy might have wanted Brooks at 500k on his salary cap. The same as Doueihi.

We should retain players that we can afford based on their performance.

I don’t think anyone thinks Doueihi should be paid silly money, but given he’s probably in our top 2 players (I rate Hastings higher), we should be trying to keep him if we can.

If he’s asking similar money as a Burton or Dylan Brown then he’s not worth that price IMO.

I agree. I've been Doueihi's biggest fan but he isn't a top 6 in the comp or anywhere close to it. He should be paid accordingly.
