What's a good way to annoy neighbours?

Both my neighbours are a pack of dogs. Not friendly, really loud in the backyard really late at night when you want to hit the sack and really inconsiderate in general. Besides playing really loud music, what's a good way to annoy them?

Park your car in front of their house. Guy next door does it to us, even though there is space in front of his house, and sometimes even space in his own driveway. I don’t know why it annoys me but I feel like slashing his tyres whenever I see it there 🤣 But it is actually annoying if you wanted to do your lawns/edges

Well I had the neighbours complaining about my two young kids playing in the backyard at 7am So I tried to be nice told the kids playing outside from 8am still got complaints then I told them 9am still the complaints came so I gave up being nice

I gave up hard core German rock years ago when I got married but I was allowed by the wife to sit in the backyard drinking beer using the Spanish smoker and listening to Rammstein I love Rammstein 3 Bose connect speakers it was bliss I did that for two days never got another complaint about the kids again
