Kitione Kautoga #261

He’s 100% with the Tigers next year on a development deal. Has NOT signed with the Dogs.
The club really needs to announce these re-signings.

We're taking a development approach, so therefore which juniors we've contracted and until when makes a big difference. We need to know which of the Matts, Ball and Flegg junior talents we've secured, and equally which ones we've lost. This will be one of the club's major success markers.

Kiti Kautoga says he is focused on giving back to the club after a tough 2 years with injury and visa issues. He’s grateful the club stuck by him and helped him work through the visa issues.
Congrats and well done to him - on his debut.
However unpleasant this period is going to be, I really hope to see it build some character as well as resilience with these younger players.

Well said BB.
Pathways should involve; identifying talent, development, evaluation and retention.
Take out one of those elements and there is a weakness in the process/system.
Other clubs will simply feed off us.

Bit of Ali Lauititi about him. Footwork and skill with the ball. X factor type backrower, while Tumeth is more the reliable do his job play hard type.

He's a quiet, church going bloke. But a beast on the field. I hope he gets more then just a few mins at the end of the game
I hope he comes on in the first half and goes well because if he comes on in the second half and we are clinging onto hope of avoiding the spoon he may get forgotten and get splinters from the bench.
