Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

The common theme across this years top 8 is an in form skilled, experienced, tough and powerful forward pack with at the least a rep starting front row.

1st Penrith: FH and Leota.
2nd Sharks: Uele and Hunt / Rudolph. (Weakest in experience of all top 8 sides but makes up for in in absolute power)
3rd Cows: Hess and McClean.
4th Parra: RCG and Paulo
5th Storm: Bromwich and NAS
6th Roosters: Lodge and JWH
7th Rabbitohs: Tatola and Nichols / Burgess.
8th Raiders: Papali’i and Tapine.

Teams like the Dragons, Manly, Broncos have most of the above and were able to compete.
Bronocs still lacking experience, Manly and Knights hit hard by injuries to key players. Dragons too many mediocre players that just focused on roughing up teams and not trying to finesse a win.
The rest were way off with us the worst by a country mile.
Tamou too old, lacks aggression, mostly a role forward by now.
Musgrove. Just an clown and a bully. Only comes alive when the game is over. Really do not like what he brings.
Joffa, an endurance forward, technique is lacking at times and has no power to his game.
That's it .we need to target the top sides players .no rubbish

Kent referenced that the Tigers are spuiking they have signed a couple of forwards from Super League. Don't get excited, it's Jason Clark and Kane Linnett who is playing edge backrow for Hull.
Tis is a gee up … right?

Jason Clark. Position: PROP; Height: 183cm; Weight: 103kg. DOB: 1989-06-28; Age: 33

Kane Linnett. Position: OUTSIDE BACK; Height: 194cm; Weight: 105kg. DOB: 1989-01-11; Age: 33

Firstly we should be aiming for some older forwards both to add experience and leadership and also because we have some great young forwards coming through and you don't want to block their path too much. My guess one is a 29 yr old backrower who used to play for us in Curtis Sironen.
