Tommy Talau hasn’t played a game this year due to a catastrophic knee injury but the Wests Tigers are ready to show their faith in him by handing him a contract extension.
Talau was one of the game’s rising stars before he suffered a knee injury at the end of 2021. The 22-year-old son of former New Zealand and Samoa international Willie Talau has spent the past 12 months recuperating and he is set to be rewarded for his persistence as the Tigers give him a new contract.

been a problem for a few years at Parra and it has filtered up to 1st grade now some of the kids have been promoted. Through lower grades Daniel Andersons kid wiped the floor with Jake arthur but we know how that panned out.

Tommy Talau is getting a top 30 spot & will be used next year in a Luke Garner style role of centre/2nd row.
Nu Brown is not certainty of staying has fair offer on the table but his manager pushing for more.
The Charlie Staines/Tyrone Peachey swap is going ahead & to be announced after Panther's season is finished.
Liddle's release opens up a spot in the top 30 for Nu Brown, if he takes it the squad is full time others are released. Musgrove is free to explore options but seems keen to stay.
Tuki Simpkins also no longer on the market with Sheens keen to work with him.
Henry O'Kane no certainty to stay, has a deal on the table but appears to be leaning elsewhere.
Daine Laurie will be training at 5/8 over the off season as halves cover with Staines coming on board.
Luke Brooks appears the only likely player on re-signing prior to November 1 at this point in time.
Albert Kelly is looking at a train & trial deal for the off-season but will not be offered a top 30 spot unless a few others a moved on. Will be a magpies contract at best

Surely AD would develop into a world class centre if he put all his effort into it.
My only fear is losing Noffa, AD and Brooks without getting better players.
Contrary to what a lot of people on forum believe, these guys have an x factor that would benefit from a good pack. We should aim to get gun forwards before anything else imo.

I see where you’re comming from we all say get rid of them but then what? It’s not like Quilty players are lining up to come here
