I just feel sad after watching one of our past players in Mitch Moses lead the Eels to a huge win over the Raiders.

It's funny though majority here say Brooks is better haha. I joked to me eels mate saying let's swap brooks for Moses. If only. Ah well. Why are we resigning Brooks, seems like our perfect chance to finally lose him off the books. Oh well, like others say, they know more than me, so fingers crossed.

Moses is certainly a class act now, and can kick goals.

Madden departing is the best indication Brooks is staying.

Laurie and Brooks are our best backs. Surround them with better players which I'm sure Sheens, Farah and Marshall are attempt to do.

It pains me to say this but at the moment wirh what we have our best spine is as below. With madden going brooks ain’t going anywhere.

Well if they all played their best they would be a pretty fair spine .it’s just that consistency thing again.
Being able to get them all up at once.
And having a pack doing the same.
I think it’s called teamwork !

Well these guys are a long time out of the game so he’d be foolish not to see what value is put on him.
Then he’ll probably come back and say, this is what I’m worth, do you want to beat, match or pass it ?
Not sure what he currently earns though, so maybe someone can advise.

All I can say is Tim sheens Robbie farrah and benji know a hell of a lot more about footy then I do so I’m trusting their judgment. I just hope they realise people don’t want to come to this club so we have to look after the decent players we have

Hastings & Doueihi - Sheens has been in constant contact with these 2 & made it very clear to the both of them that they are future leaders of this club, had lengthy 1 on 1 with them & cleared the air over recent events.

I can't get onto kul however it's about this time of night when he looks at the forum and I he will most likely give everyone a forum update.

I think Hastings and Douhie are already leaders.

If Hastings goes, he will lose the home we made for him.

He has to chose carefully. Immortality with us or journeyman nobody.

It honestly baffles me as to why he hasn’t been number 1 priority to resign it should have been done months ago

He probably wants to test the market…and move to a stronger club
