Realistically you can only have one of Klemmer, Twal and possibly even Joffa on the field at the same time. You Have to mix the workhorses with the impact players, not play both work horses and then all impact men. It simply doesn't work that way

Look at most other sides and they have their meatheads out there first and impact forwards coming off the bench. That gives them 20 minutes before the break they rest for 10 and then off again!
You still have joffa and Poole to use as workhorses.

What a load of crap
- You need pitchers and catchers.. Attack and defence.
If all the blokes on the park are just tackling bashers and bargers, What are you going to get out of them for the rest of the game?... Nothing
Furthermore, They're not doing anything to take gas out of the opposition.

You can't just suck up 80 minutes of assault and hope to win matches.

If you say Brooks is getting 1.1 and klem 800 k, then it isn't accurate to just say we are paying 1.1 to klem. If you insist on thinking of it this way, then you have to acknowledge we aren't paying his 800 k, nor would we be using a roster spot.

For me it's easier to think that for 1.9 Mil you get 2 players (or more than 1 cheaper player in the "+1" options below):

Brooks + 1
Brooks + Klemmer
Klemmer + 1

The contract values are obviously assumed, but whatever the actual figures are, neither player has to take less in 2023.

Personally don't care what the club does, have very little faith, but I'm ready to cheer or put the boot in as required haha

Laurie I'd prefer at 5/8 to be honest. Only because I don't hink he's a fullback.

Staines hasn't shown much to me to be honest.

Hastings is slow, doohey has his good moments but has some pretty big flaws + a history of knee injuries. If Brooks leaves, WT have more than enough money in the cap to splash a decent 3rd option rather than blooding a development half with far no experience.

I witnessed Sheens first hand at Hull Kingston Rovers. Lurched from one crisis to the next. Some of it wasn't his doing. But some of it certainly was.

He’s. Time here wasn’t without drama and I’m sure more will follow.
