No six agains when Cleary coached us either. The best teams can do both well and even the best teams can get a score put on them when their defence unravels.
 
Re Stains . I like the signing, but would like to see the Tigers do more in their training. Tedesco was aready a top footballer when he joined Easts, but he spent a long time being coached by one of the greats MINICHIELLO! I would think it would be worth the dollars to obtain him or a likewise ex FB for specialised coaching.

There has been 2 suggestions in the past few days that both Klemmer & Leniu are on board so interesting times to see if the oil is on the money.

Teddy basically plays the same at the Chooks that he did at the tigers. The big difference is he is surrounded by quality at the Chooks unlike his time at the Tigers. The Chooks also got him at the height of his career, we had him on the way up with still a few levels to travel

One of the things i noted with Minnie was his pronounced leg muscles. Teddys build and positional play both improved under Minnies coaching. I have no doubt it was just not going to a better side, but more the concentrated training he received.

He actually lost some of his passing game IMO

They only played 2 games in that combination, lost to a reserve grade side and lost to a side that just went through the motions ( strong argument to say we won that game ).
The good sides will soon work out the 2 running 5/8s strategy and then we'll be left with nothing, another spoon beckoning.

First of all, we got robbed against the Cowboys and then beat the Broncos. Two wins.

Second, you think the good sides won't work out the usual half/ five-eigth strategy that 16 other teams usually play?

Also have the best coach in the game - and it ain’t JT… (although he’s there also)

Brooks didn’t play against Broncos did he?
 
With API,Papi,Staines and probably Klemmer , we are in a lot better shape than this season. Top eight will still be a hard ask, but we will not finish bottom three. Two more solid signings could make the eight a real chance

Those 4 plus a strike centre (which we won’t get) and another good forward would potentially put us around the 8
