I think the two he’s talking about are Tallyn Da Silva (turns 18 in 2023) and Onitoni Large (turns 16 in 2023).

Da Silva is a hooker, Large is a five-eighth.

Onitoni is pronounced Ontony (like Antony but with an O) for those wondering.
