I need a new cap because this year the players autographs, more like scribble, ruined my last one.

Yep I figured that's the case. I caddied in a golf tournament on Saturday and even though I got an exemption to drive a cart I still got sunburnt. The only hat I had was my WT hat that looked like a thousand snails covered in ink slid all over it 🤣

I just got an email about this build your own membership pack and must say I’m not a fan. I just want the basic stuff sent to me I don’t want to have to go on and choose different things.

If I can’t redeem my points for a hat, scarf, lanyard and key ring to go into my collection from over the years I’m going to be annoyed.

I doubt that the message will get passed to the people who make the decisions as i doubt if accountability means anything to them

As per usual the auto renewal happened before the full package info came out. Even now I can’t seem to find the out what’s in the member’s pack. Can anyone help on that front?

There’s no member pack. If you’re a member you get member points for your package and can sign into a web page and choose what items you want in your pack.

That’s for adults, my son also has a kids membership and haven’t heard anything about that at all.

Really? That seems confusing. How and when do you find out how many points you have?

The club gets a lot of complaints about what is included in the members packs so is setting up a system that allows people to select their own item. It will be available in the next couple of weeks.

I’m not necessarily against the concept. I’ll reserve judgment to when I get further details. To beat a tired drum it’s frustrating that you pay your money then you get told what that gets you.
