I agree why is it so many were ok come to tigertown and not ok anymore ?

To be honest just guys coming for a buck we have to build from within with guys who are hungry for first grade or guys sitting outside the starting 13 at other clubs or hard heads who won't give a 10 out of 10 performance once a month but solid guys who put in week in week out 6/7 out of 10 like a Dallas Johnson solid player who put in every week

That's why I like Kelmmer he puts in every week week after week doesn't stop trying even in a losing team API is the same even at Manly he turned up every week say what you want about Nathan Brown but he turns up every week trying to win

It's great turning over 30 percent of the NRL squad new Blood

Kinda why I get a giggle out the Ideals that Sheens is on a "UK Signing Spree" or that there'll be some multiple mass signing news now that it's November....

Even those using last years signings as a guideline, They were both announced at the back of November - Not the first day.

Probably the clubs doing their due diligence and ensuring the NRL rubber stamps everything first before announcing too, you'd think the NRL have to check over the numbers and make sure clubs aren't going to breach the cap and that'd take a minute or two to ratify before approving. The clubs would be silly to announce it before it's signed off by the NRL first.

Day 1, 2023 Isaiah Papali’i, Api Koroisau & Charlie Staines are officially WT players while Rua Ngatikaura, Fonua Pole, Triston Reilly & Brandon Tumeth are now in the NRL squad.

Madden, Roberts, Garner, Musgrove, Liddle, Peachey, Kei, Dias, Freebairn, Pauga, Brown, Tamou, O’Kane, Tuilagi profiles have all been removed from the site.

It was mentioned in an article earlier this week that currently, positions 1-26 in the NRL top 30 have a minimum salary of $120,000 ($112,000 with COVID pay-cut) while positions 27-30 have a minimum wage of $80,000. Something to remember when clubs are filling out a whole top 30.

Exactly, If we signed a Mitch Moses at 12:01am this morning,
We have to get it to the NRL - They have to process it, Approve it etc.
Confirm it, Then we could announce it.

That stuff wouldn't happen inside a week very often - Especially with Multi Year, Big money deals....
IF we sign anyone of note, We won't know until much later in the month....
(Unless it's done prior to November 1 of course.)

With Papalii and Koroisau - We must have went in hard, Smashed everyone else and signed them straight up for it to come out when it did....
Which surprises me.

Admittedly ive seen little of the World Cup other than the Australia games.
Saw the highlights of the Lebanon game and YES I KNOW IT WAS ONLY AGAINST JAMAICA but I can’t see how anyone could think that Adam Dway isn’t our best option at 6

I sort of agree with most you say but also feel coaching staff should have been able to get more out of them

I think AD is classy get his attitude right and give him a bit of support and he will be ok . Extend his contract

And, in case of signing a player early where they need to get a relase from their current club, before we can go public with a signing - their current club has to release the said player first.
All takes time.

NSW cup sites / stats are run externally of the Club / NRL.
It may seem like part of our site, And while it is - We don't have any control over that part.
They're poorly updated - Always have been.

The main page would be there or there abouts at the time of updating...
The NSW cup stuff will happen if and when the people that run it get to it.

Take these games with a grain of salt. The most targeted players are the 7 and 6 in the NRL. You have to be quick and clever. You can be a star in these games, and bog average when the blowtorch is applied by the top sides.
