It seems to me, if the media talk is correct, that with Bateman and Brown, and hopefully Klemmer we have a full squad. I can’t imagine us wanting Frizzel as well, unless Brooks is the trade to secure both him and Klem for 2023.
I am really hoping Brown and Bateman both have enough fire left in them and are looking to prove it. As for Klemmer I am more confident he’d be good for us.

Barry Toohey has come out and reported Newcastle are not shopping frizell in 2023, he is pretty much the Newcastle mouthpiece and Mole confirmed it

Yeah me too. I remember triple m celebrating for him as he needed to play a certain amount of games to have the option trigger. I’m all for him playing - just not here.

Agree with you. The only two who might be a loss are Luciano and Nu Brown - possibly. In saying that Luciano was good in attack, but his lazy defence was a liability.

Over the moon with API and Papi, would love Klemmer, but Brown and Bateman, not sure on them. I just think they both peaked a few years ago and they are on the slide. I get the feeling Sheens is just buying some time till the pathway kids are read.

I am happy that we may be getting Klemmer, Bateman and Brown because they are tough. I don't necessarily mean tough in that they will belt the opposition, but tough in that they won't give up. Our squad dropped their chins way too easily when things went against them over the last few years. I'm hoping these three players may be able to change that pea heart attitude.

Um no if it’s based on those 3 players.

Brown isn’t a prop and Bates is a 24yr old that hasn’t got a NRL deal.
