Still weird to announce a guy on a training contract. I’m assuming it’s just a year long train and trail. What round can he play firsts in 2023?Because there is nothing else to announce would be my guess.
Hmm that’s odd that they’ve made a special announcement for a NSW cup player.Says Training contract and extended squad member in the release.
Munster, Moses, Klemmer, Woods & now Smith.Tigers signed Will Smith, via members news. https://l8r.it/FKkZ
KEEP MY WIFES NAME OUT YOUR F****** MOUTH
welcome smith
If it is the same as last year, round 10.Still weird to announce a guy on a training contract. I’m assuming it’s just a year long train and trail. What round can he play firsts in 2023?
But the leaks have stoppedMunster, Moses, Klemmer, Woods & now Smith.
Do I see the standards slipping? Should I be excited about what Sheens and the gang are bringing?
Maybe it's the Club showing we have an experienced half/hooker covered when 1 of the following happens this week - either Brooks or Hastings are released or Jake Simpkin is released. Hmmmm food for thought.Says Training contract and extended squad member in the release.
WT DNA for ya.More garbage if you ask me.
Lower tier contract, not top 30. So an ok signing.
Ah ok similar to nu brown i guess.Says Training contract and extended squad member in the release.
It would be a train and trial contract I guess and would be included in the second tier cap.Ah ok similar to nu brown i guess.
So how's it work he's paid to train for the year, would get match payments, not in 30 but money spent goes in the cap?
Agree …. will cover our lower grade halfs deficiencies and if needed be available later in the season. Will Smith as a back up not in the top 30 is a terrific signing IMO. Never really reached his potential, but definitely has got better with age and will plug a hole or 2 when needed. Very naturally talented footballer.
Smart signing for back up
One down. One to go.My brother knows a guy that is supposedly in the know - hope he’s wrong though.
Word on the street is that we have signed Kurt Falls and Will Smith on 1 year deals (hopefully train and trial only)
