I had the TAB 5 leg multi: Argitina to win, Messi to score, 10 team shots, 4 team shots on goal, 3 Messi shots on goal. Got them all. But coz they won by shoot out, no payout. XXXXing TAB. Thought I’d cleaned up till I checked me account.

Congrats to Argentina .I watched it from Bleak City, it was good to see such a good game And no rubbish from supporters, please note Melbourne Victory fans.
What happened down here was an absolute disgrace. Set the game in Oz back quite a few cogs.

I've only just watched it for the first time. It seems to be a world wide problem in soccer and now it's here.
I'd love to see that ratbag who hit the goal get a severe punishment but judging by recent punishments handed out by the court, he'll just do some community service. The goal looked like he feared for his life 😡

It has always been a part of soccer in Australia,it used to be based on ethnicity because of team names reflecting ethnic groups.Sadly that still rears its objectionable head now and again

That Melbourne crowd field invasion is... Dare I say it.... Un-Australian.

We seen individuals on the rare occasion but never like this here.
Evidence it was pre-meditated.
They're talking possible no crowds at all for MV games for the rest of the season
 
A truly great game. Even though I'm a self confessed, overall sports tragic, I do get a bit bored by the constant midfield to and fro of soccer (even at the highest level). However, this World Cup was a really good one. All nations, other than a couple, were competitive, with at least one representative from each continent reaching the knock out stage, and the tournament unearthing a true champion minnow in mighty Morocco! The final, including a deserved victory by Argentina, lots of goals and a rightful strengthening of Messi's legacy, provided the icing on the cake. Made you feel good!

p.s. The less said about the A League debacle the better. An absolute disgrace and such a pity.

Us Aussies took it to the eventual champions. Proud to be an Aussie and happy for Messi. The only thing he hadn't done was win a World Cup.
