That’s the second best scenario, if we don’t get the player then Parra have to spend a lot more of their cap to keep him.Instead we play back and forth until he gets the price he wants from the team he wants. What’s the point, except driving up the eels prices???
Also I wouldn’t take Nathan Brown off their hands so it allows them more cash to spend on MM.
I think that our pack is strong enough now and if we do get some injuries then we can bring some of these youngsters up to fill in and give them a taste of NRL, instead of paying for Brown and sending the wrong message about our pathways programme.
