Yep agree with this, have been using Rapigel for about 8 years now. Had bad knee joint playing touch & a tennis coach i did work for put me onto it. He said all the old time tennis players have been using it forever.

Couple of related rules I grew up on… don’t pass it to someone in a worse position than yourself.

Receiver should always be ready for a pass. I.e. no such thing as a decoy. (Packer the obvious exception)
