Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

You now dismiss the spoon rather than present your argument that you raised?
OK.
I was not happy about us getting the spoon, but life goes on. What happened with Noddy as coach and the rest, I have no idea. I doubt the club and Sheens see it your way.

I guarantee they don’t.
It goes a long way towards explaining our incompetence as a football club.

Agree to disagree. I'm of the opinion that we were running last regardless if Madge had stayed til season's end or not
Well the question is if Madge had of stayed, would all of the rest of the things I mentioned have occurred?
I maintain it is that series of events that resulted in the spoon.

Lead by a horrific injury toll toward the end of the season.
All the cards were stacked against us and spending time trying to find a scapegoat is unproductive.
I read a great article the other day on trying not to overthink things. We all do it but we really shouldn’t.

Latest guess from the DT

MITCHELL MOSES

The Parramatta half-back’s contract talks have been one of the stories of the summer but the saga is close to reaching a conclusion. Only last week, Moses said he was keen to have a decision over his future made before round one.

That gives him two weeks to make a call on whether to stay at Parramatta or make the move to his former club, the Wests Tigers. The Tigers have offered more money but the Eels would appear to offer more stability.

Moses is expected to sit down with his agent Isaac Moses in the near future to make the biggest call of his career.

Likely destination: Parramatta have edged back in front of the Tigers
Moses has said he wants it off the table by the time the competition starts

Says the expectation is that if Moses comes, Doueihi will be the fullback in 2024.

But that could also be just media speculation based off nothing.

That's exactly what it is, speculation.
Doueihi is backing himself to have a big
year isn't speculation. It could be Brooks'
last year if he does in my humble opinion
