People who only look at ceo performance through a lense of footy results have no idea.

Look, these guys have made mistakes and they need to take some reponsibilty. Theyve selected the wrong coach, time and time again. The point was right from cavanagh, but the whole wrong setting and therefore, completely in the wrong.

But surely you see how much good work has been put into "setting up for success" in terms of ensuring the resources are there.

The ship is about to turn. I can feel it.

Any CEO or Board who doesn't assess their own performance through the lens focusing on success in the organisations CORE BUSINESS (i.e. winning football games) is a fricking moron!!

I've asked dozens of people who just blindly say that we make a profit to share the financials but they can't. WA tipped in $1m last year so maybe we don't.
I don't know either way but it's amusing how many times it gets repeated without any facts to back the claim up.

Add to that the NRL grant covers all salary cap payments and more. What exactly does Pascoe do? Attract sponsors you’ve never heard of and applies for govt grants!?

Our sponsors all know they are pouring money into a poorly run organisation. Some are Probably ok about it as we get more air time than most.

Still not a good look and I stand by the thought this sort of thing should be handled well away from a function with sponsors; resulting in the club having to issue an apology. That's just embarrassing.

Regardless of anything else, competence of all involved included, he is rightly getting a please explain and hauled over the coals at the very least.
