KFC sponsor a number of clubs. Just trying to get their logo anywhere they can clearly. Boomer home loans and Elmo on the other hand, they dig us!
 
What Cavanagh said is 100% true but really not surprised to see Pascoe & Lee try and deflect any blame onto themselves like they've done for years. I do agree with the fact that it was not the right place at all to make this opinion known especially at the launch of the new COE where multiple sponsors of the club are also present... It's entitled & shows a sense of arrogance on his behalf & what's even worse is he's then gone to the media & spat the dummy there also. All of this one week out of the start of the season while the club is trying to actively recruit high profile players is poor form & creates an unwarranted distraction.

Lee's response is nothing less than i'd expect from another man who is self entitled & arrogant who said last year he doesn't care about anyone who is a non paying fan, when the Chair of the club is saying that you know there are issues. Lee continuously goes on SEN radio & gives his opinions that no one really asked for, made the club look silly when he basically announced Latrell & JAC were coming only for them to sign with other clubs. Takes his buddy Nofa to exclusive golf day events & family functions so Nofa can turn up to training still half pissed & not to mention pushing the 4 year deal which saw him become the highest paid winger in the game that Pascoe signed off on.

Pascoe has done well to build the club off the field turning the club into a profitable organisation & working hard behind the scenes to attain lucrative sponsorships, a COE in Concord & more recently been granted funding for a new one out in Campbelltown. If we are judging Pascoe purely on an off field basis than he would be doing a job well done.

Fact of the matter is Pascoe has had a say in on field stuff just as much as anyone in recent years & whilst staff and coaches have been cycled out Pascoe has remained & the club has still continued to deliver poor on field results which tells you all you need to know. The fact some people on here are ignoring this fact shows a bit of ignorance. He oversaw the whole Jason Taylor fiasco which forced a club legend out, all of this to end up sacking Taylor 3 rounds into the 2017 season. He then let 3 of the clubs best players walk telling the fans "not to worry" then gave Ivan free reins to ruin our cap by signing duds such as Reynolds, Mbye, Matulino, Packer, McQueen which set us back years. The majority of Madge's tenure was spent trying to fix the cap that Pascoe & Ivan ruined & when he finally did that the knives came out & he was stabbed in the back. My favourite part is after the joint ventures worst ever season Pascoe had the hide to say "We make no apologies for these decisions" well I think him & Lee should definitely be apologising for making us the joke of the league.

So it's fair to say all criticism is warranted but Lee is too much of a snowflake to handle any of it & goes on a warpath every time someone calls him out on his BS. Surprising that a lawyer acts with such emotion tbh...

Maybe the next excessive contract should be working for Brydens if he's that big a fan.

Most businesses do not have 127% of their core staff (player) salaries and 20% of basic operating costs covered by an annual grant!

I was suggesting that I highly doubt that the WTs were profitable in 2020 or 2021 ....but again you play the man without the ball for the sake of God knows what
 
I know some folks think that major sponsors should not be treated as business partners and not see the dirty laundry, but open honest discussion on the matters that either propel the club forward or hold it back is essential knowledge for these sponsors.
I now understand what Sticky was saying in relation to Madge being better off away from the politics.
The leadership void continues.
Our potential leaders on and off the field eventually walk away defeated and exhausted.😩
