Anyone else see a lot of Cleary era Tigers in this Penrith team's play?
Lots of heart and gritty defense, but a bit clunky in attack, struggling to score points and finish good field position and a few too many errors to build pressure. Feels a bit uncanny to me.
I'm comparing them to that five game period at the start of 2018 season where we beat Melbourne twice. All hard fought games where we played out of our skin and clawed out a few victories.

It was actually really strange to watch.
Without Api they looked totally clueless and lost, guess we will find out but surely Api wasn’t that influential on the Panthers attacking structures.
