TEAM LIST Round 4 vs. Storm

I don't understand why Joe O has been dropped. He was player of the year last year, didn't train all off-season. Definitely Bulldogs game wasn't his best, but he wasn't an issue in the first two games.

I saw that he gave someone a spray on the field (might have been Kepaoa), was it because of that? Is he starting to have a poor attitude? The try let in between Klem, Blore and Joffa was definitely not Joffas fault last week.

Brooks, Douehi, Blore and Seyfarth definitely had a much bigger reason to be dropped over Joffa.

Maybe there's more going on internally..

Barely trained at all during pre-season.

Coming off a calf injury which is why he didn't play a trial.

Obviously hasn't recovered well or is underdone.

Doesn't make sense, if he's not fit then don't name him here or Reggies- so is he dropped or rested?

I think he is just a victim of the off season buys, plus he’s not the most dynamic guy on the ball.
As you say, he has been carrying an injury, so let’s see what happens when he gets fit and thinks about his game.
Also think he knew from the start of the year he was being seen as a replacement forward and maybe has dropped his head a bit.
I just think he is not an answer to our forward prayers, but agree that neither is Blore, Seyforth or Twal as only so many plodders can find a spot.

I think Blore still has plenty of upside.

Seyfarth is dead set hopeless though. I can't fault his effort or attitude but his ability is not even Cup level

Wonder if there is any egg shells present at concord
Douehi at fullback is definitely a shot across the bow as well as for Laurie not coming straight back in
Joe just might need a kicking
Noffa needs motivation much like he did when Madge put him in reserve grade early on
Hope they all respond

tbh, I haven't been that excited about what I've seen from Wakeham both here and during his time at the Dogs. Can kick goals (tick), but I have doubts about whether he can he steer a side... I hope so.
SEN boys just said it as I was thinking it when looking at the side named, can't we just approach a team for a halfback not being used? Do a swap deal or sorts. Nofa?
I would rather give Wakeham a chance,he showed the million dollar half last week how a half should play....The trouble is most of the fans want their own golden boys to play, maybe Sheens has woke up and is making relevent changes that could produce wins...When Wakeham came on last week the team showed a complete turn around from pitiful play to almost match winning play...AD definately cost us 12 points,at least with Wakeham on we made up for those give away points,we just ran out of time..I will say if Wakeham started last week we win because we were on the front foot from the time he came on...the player who demanded to play 5/8 and got an extention showed nothing but 2nd diviision country pub football, and I have a love of the country pub footballers, but they aint in the NRL on big money contracts to play the game...

Everyone saying why Joe? Watch the tapes he got hammered in his first few hit ups and ended up behind where he started..Main thing though was turning his back to Burton who ran 40m straight up the middle to score ..Toa missed a few as well but he survived
