So it's not just me (And heaps of others I talk to) then....

Everyone talks about getting Moses - Whinging about Brooks' on field talk....
Moses doesn't talk much more, If any more at all....
He's generally had a team full of 7/10's or better (And somehow still won a spoon)
And they ALL know their Fkn Job.... Working of fantastic go forward.

Which leaves Moses to do what he does... Which he does better than most halves in the game atm.
Most of the Eels talk comes from Gutho (Bar Moses calling out the odd bloke to give him what he wants)
Anyone who thinks Moses would arrive here and turn us into Parra, Is drunk....

He's an upgrade on what we have, But not by as much as people think.
His Goal kicking is a massive bonus - But has also coast Parra important games this year and in past years.
General play kicking isn't much better than we already have - He just has more space to execute it.

I think we need to get over thinking that Moses will save us..we already have forwards that were supposed to be the best at other clubs, and I am so shocked that even they don't seem to have made one iota of difference to the team......mind you it is early days so there is some hope yet, but I firmly believe Mitch Moses is not it

But they've made bad decisions that have directly and indirectly led us to this.

Who chose the coaches?
Who set the precedent for the recruitment of players?
Who took an eternity to come to the conclusion that our training facilities, being the worst in the NRL, needed an upgrade?
Who is responsible for overseeing ALL of the systems that should be in place to run a successful rugby league organisation?

It all starts with the Board, and what we see on the field is the end result of the (poor) decisions they make, and have been making for the last decade.

Whilst I was an unabashed Benny fan,my concern is that he would not be too concerned if any new arrangements helped him, financially.
Loyalty is one thing but business opportunities are another, and they should never be confused in that sort of role.
In my opinion, whoever is the Chair of the Tigers, should be carrying out the role without fear or favour. That is one reason I have trouble reconciling Lee as Chair and CEO of major sponsor. I believe mixed interests.
We need to find a person who is totally focused on the running of the club both for today and tomorrow. No vested interests, their success is purely measured in terms of Wests Tigers financial and operations performance.
And when we find someone like that, we ensure that whatever they need is provided to keep it rolling.
