No more Brooks

This is the attitude that allows such a pathetically unsuccessful club to survive.
I beg to differ. What is different this year is our roster is genuinely better. There are people in the club who want good things for the club. I don’t see this season as the same as the last 5odd years.

To be fair, he did preference it with admitting he’d had a few. In the morning after the beer googles are gone he’ll roll over in bed and re watch, realizing what a huge mistake he’s made. We’ve all been there.

Our roster has just lost 4 consecutive games against opposition who did not play well.
Who are the people in this club who want good things for it?

BENJAMIN QUENTIN MARSHALL! Is it feasible to bring the 38 year old Assistant Coach out of retirement to provide the missing spark? The unanimous call from followers to part way with poor Luke Brooks, and a 0-4 start to 2023 has left the club once again the butt of jokes in the Tea Room each Monday morning. Firstly is he physically up for it and secondly is he able to be added to the squad? Supporters are desperate for a win and it has got to the stage where members are embarrassed to wear their Tiger Shirts and Caps out in public! Happy to receive the laughing emojis 😄.

just get on the phone to some reserve grade halves stuck behind first choice players, surely an opportunity to play nrl consistently is enticing, I don't believe our forwards are doing bad, just the halves should be sent to local park football

I've been a critic for years, but as a tigers fan (and he seems like a nice enough kid, maybe doesn't come across as too bright) I really do want him to do well for the team and himself.

But watching the game tonight I think Wakeham is simply a better half back and Brooks looks completely demoralised.

I feel for him - he's certainly borne the brunt of a lot of criticism - but it's just beyond obvious both he and the club need to look elsewhere for their own good.

It is getting to the point they cannot trot Brooks out at home games due to fears the crowd (if anyone still attends) could riot. Lots of booing at the last game at LO when the little maestro's name was read. Klown has more chance of becoming a crowd favourite than our chronically clueless halfback.

Serious question. Brooks pending cut price extension was dependent on having signed Moses to partner him.
Is this true or has there already been an agreement made to extend him.
I’m kinda hoping this is his last year as a tiger and we finally move on from him and Nofa and any links to our last 10 years of failure.
Problem is, in this rabble of a side a young or reserve grade halfback is unlikely to exceed in our side.
If Leeds are keen, I wonder if they will offer up their Sezer / Austin combo in return.
