Correct!!

The Board need to grasp the brand damage and incompetency of the CEO - but they are old-school Committee men who only care about the game day lunches etc....

Perennially happy for the club to just be in the NRL and take the participation award!!

4 years too late. Some of his sycophants claim he has achieved great things for us financially, he cost us $690k off our Salary Cap because of his incompetence.
I called for his head after the cap breach & he & Marina paying our entire first operating profit out to senior front office staff(**) as performance bonuses instead of investing in footy operations (OUR PHOOKING CORE BUSINESS)!!

** check the financial statements

God you people are just a broken record.
Same crap every day.
Sack, slash and burn and what then. Start all over again when failure pops it’s head through the door.

Grow up and stop supporting a demonstrably failed front office who are ALL clearly out of their depth running an NRL franchise!!

It takes a lot more than lobbying a favourable & proven pork-barreling LNP Government to fund re-development of Concord to be a successful CEO!!

He has not struck a blow for funding re-development of our traditional home grounds by the way!!

Oh gawd.
I thought I heard the Photo of Bateman and the NRLW player (apologies I don’t know or recognise her) were taken at Holsworthy Army Base?
No they said they consulted with Holdsworthy army barracks personnel in regard to the image they used for the jersey that turned out to be American soldiers. After they were called out on it. Then phone calls were made and it turned out no one from Holdsworthy barracks was consulted, it was a lie to cover their rear ends.

If Pascoe knew anything about Rugby League he wouldn't have allowed Cleary to pay overs for broken down Packer,Matulino and Reynolds. Any CEO with any knowledge of footy knew this would spell disaster.
Nope.

Matulino was past his prime.
Packer had a totally explosive year. When we signed him Packer's output at the Dragons was very good.
Reynolds had an off season, but the year before lead the dogs to a finals challenge.

Pascoe stuffed the Big 3 negotiations, yet I blame a bad faith manager in Moses. Our recruitment to the tigers in that initial round I have no issue with. Fonua, Corey Thompson, Robbie Roccow. .. They are players that had potential.

Yes the recruitment of Mcqueen with a BROKEN NECK! + some sensation from NZ for 600k was a bit of a joke.

All of this is NOT our problem. I have zero doubt Melbourne could have taken that squad and made a decent showing with them. Our problem is development and growth. Why hasn't Brooks developed? Why are our forwards so soft we had to import most of our front row this season??

We cannot depend on recruitment miracles. We need to build players up at home.

The length of the Packer and Reynolds deals, 4yrs each, was ridiculous.
