You know there are a lot of members who only have Wests Tigers gear? Some of our supporters have only known this team.

Chairman doesn't know anything about footy.

CEO doesn't know about footy.

They basically leave it all to the coaching staff.

We've gone from being mess with Grant Mayer taking too much away from the coach to the extreme opposite.

It really doesn't take too much to figure out we now need more football experience in the ceo, and board roles.

Lee H. worries me a bit, his upgrade on Nofo was a kind gesture but showed an absolute lack of football intelligence. We cannot win if we are not competitive. Lee could have offered Nofo a role say "club ambassador" post retirement. Instead he offered an older winger a 500k a year contract for a long time period. Completely NUTS.

A stable board + back of house is what we want. We want to try things like Madge's coaching to ensure it would work or not work. For at least 2 if not 3 years Madge was fighting with half a squad. Heck I think 2022 the board's only misstep was appointing Gardiner over Shane Flanagan. No idea why Cayless did not harden up our squad, IMHO he seemed to be the right person to work with the forward pack (if I had concerns with defensively improving our backs).

Parra's board is a nightmare, likewise Manly. They are still performing better then we are.

Apparently nsw gov got involved to remove parra board and but a skill metric for board members and parra been doing well since.

Yeah all I see is we are in a much better financial position than we were , sure changes are needed but do we want to let his obvious skills go to another club ? I'm only referring to the money side of things .
