AJ definitely has some meat on his bones than Laurie.

Laurie is skinny.
So is Bula though - and looks better than Laurie.

Schuster is a star in the making. Issue is he’s injury prone and he’s a beast has to play as a ball playing 13. Would suit the game plan Benji wants to play. The young dragons 6 Amone is a better target as a 6.

I like Nado (sometimes) but he did absolutely nothing last night - lost his head all together… dunno if it was playing his mates, playing out west or what - but he wasn’t in the same postcode…

That’s said, and while To’a has been better - Nado is probably our best centre…
we could certainly upgrade on both sides of the park.

It’s been a real Achilles heel for us since 2010… Aysh and Rowdy’s form started dropping in 11 and we’ve still not replaced them.

To'a is a potential long term centre imo. I really want to see him play the rest of the season there. He has had some notable individual long range moments from our defensive half.

Agree Dragons need Hunt but I could never wish an injury on him, shoot me but I like him, I would be happy to accept him getting a suspension.

Why don’t we just make it two in a row, with Hunt playing. Usually do ok in Brissy !

If Naden is suspended im finding it difficult to come up with replacement
AJ is a good 2nd row forward and should be on the bench but not in centers where he is caught out a lot
Talau was a good center or at least a reasonable one in 2021 and I was supportive but the bits and pieces he has played this year have imo been a bit disappointing maybe its a confidence thing . Didn't like the lack of help he gave Tupou when Saab snatched the win against us last week
Other centers Saukaru is good in Cup but can he perform at NRL level ?
All this highlights our need to recruit at least one top class center
In the meantime could we improvise with one of our forwards in the centers eg Bateman ?
Garner used to fill in there before on occasions
