Why on earth would we do that?If Joe O is released, Parra will take over his current contract.
For the Tigers, I don't think we will get anything in return, however that will free up a top 30 spot
I believe Aitasi James will be promoted.
I believe Sanders is off contract next season. nothing has been officially announced, but he was waiting to see what Moses+Brown did. They stayed = there's no space for him and he will leave Parra. Where is the question.great post. Doueihi for mine is done. very rarely do you ever see a player come back from a third ACL and into a spine position, and even then I don't think you'll ever see him lace a boot for WT again.
that said, having Johnson, Brooks, Wakeham and Sanders in the top 30 with Lawry, Conti and Large either on development deals or in the pathways is a smart move. the first three I mentioned should all be signed on 1-2 year deals (potentially an option of a third for SJ) and it ensures we're completely covered in an area that has hampered us in recent years.
I'm unsure if they'll give us Sanders, although he'd be my top target. I think Dunster (Benji's cousin) is the likeliest to head our way, but Blaize Talagi played a stack of footy at Westsfields with our SG Ball boys and I wouldn't be unhappy if we got him either.
He is eligible for selection now if they think he is better than any senior player he should be picked. I don’t care if some princesses think they have a right to declare a position theirsHe will be selected if a senior player leaves.
Maybe joffa going is freeing up space for a mid season move for Ben HuntI agree that if Joffa leaves, it's likely that it won't be for anyone in return. It would free up a Top 30 spot to fill by June 30, give us more salary cap space & enable the club to use Blore/Matamua/James/Seyfarth in the 17.
We'd have 5 weeks for Fulton then to weave his magic to try to land a mid-season external recruit or if not, upgrade from within (like we had to do last season with Henry O'Kane taking a top 30 spot) which gives players like James, Mansfield or even Feledy etc a chance to push for this upgrade.
We just need to get him game time as he's yet to even play a game in Flegg yet. He's been named in this week's team to debut but hope we don't drop him last minute like last timeFa'agutu is the one I'm most excited about.
Parra are stuffed for forwards Shaun Lane out for 6-8 weeks.Ethan Sanders please.

What could we get in return? Is Joffa not happy playing off the bench or maybe the coaching staff want to bring james up onto the bench
Goodbye and thanks for your efforts.

I hate this crap. You are a couple of injuries away from playing playees not FG standard and you want to strengthen other sides mid year who are struggling for depth. Is it any wonder players kick stones when they get dropped the system encourages them to.
The compensation is not having to pay his contract until 2025. I don't know what Ofahengaue is on but of course we extended him after his best season so it's not going to be nothing. If we're paying $500-600k a year for a bench prop, that is money we can use elsewhere more effectively. If Parra are desperate enough to take a contract like that off our hands, good luck to them.We should not give them Joffa unless we are compensated to the point we win the deal.
These guys in Flegg are years away from being consistent first graders.
Dumb move unless we are highly rewarded
For Parramatta they can get stuffed - promoting Moses to get out of his contract with us for an obvious fake "mental health issue", then sneaking around our back with Matterson offering him more $ when he was contracted to us (in which we released him from memory for nothing) then they wouldn't return the favor letting us take Stef off them even though he wasn't playing or getting picked just purely out of spite and ruining his development, then the whole Papalili situation behind closed doors trying to get him out of his contract with us.
