Best part is no suitors so they can offer him a figure say 500k which is effectively 320k on the cap.I'm totally with you. There are so few options. When I state I don't like it the next question is who is better ? I don't have the answer to this.
Brooks to me is a no brainer assuming they can get him. He is a decent NRL half and has shown plenty of really good plays this year. He has very few downsides to his game.
In stating that Brooks isn't a marquee half and ideally we need one.
None of those options appeal to me. Maybe Townsend and then one of those players as a back-up. I think we need more options in the halves as well but that has it's limitations. Hastings gave us another option last year but he wasn't a good enough option to really improve us.
It's a really tough market and a really tough situation.
Townsend perhaps might be a chance Rumours around before Easter he might be keen for a Sydney move according to Parker but now gone quiet or Walker but doubt Roosters release him
Realistically Hawkins or sezer are probably it, if for some reason they don't get Schuster. Kind of think manly need to move Schuster on due to salary and they will battle to hold onto koula. Fulton tight with both Schuster and koula
