Respectfully disagree. If we had Wayne and offered Reynolds the 3 years on around 1 mil he’d sign I reckon. He already has his premiership ring, leaving and being more a leader next to Wayne would’ve got it done.

Let’s not forget Brisbane back then weren’t Brisbane right now…. they were a train wreck.

He was very vocal about wanting to remain in Sydney as he’s very tight with his family and kids who were brought up in Sydney. He was set to go Cronulla then they choose Hynes instead.

It’s the reason he’s been equally vocal about how much he loves Brisbane and how he was wrong and would look at staying long term.

We are a club with a famously poor culture. Maybe under Bellamy he might work but every time we sign a dick they act like a dick.

We managed James Roberts Okay. He had a huge rapsheet. No he did not perform, but no real off field trouble. Brent Naden seems to be doing okay.

Yes we used to take troublemakers and we used to have no hope with them. BJ Leulia is probably one we have not controlled. ...

I reckon we could get the aggression with Lodge without the hassles. that is, IF Lodge wanted to play and finish here. I 100% would not spend overs and yes have a management plan in place. Sheens + Farah would handle Lodge (heck Farah may have played with him).

I’m saying because he was so strong on his stance to remain in Sydney for 3 years and already winning a premiership highly likely it’s his last contract too - factoring in the hypothetical of Bennet coming too playing a big part in bringing him over. I believe we could’ve got him.

He’d probably prefer to play with us then relocate to a struggling broncos team. Without that Sydney advantage, then yes broncos would probably get him over us regardless on how bad they were.

Ummmm, yes he did. Bennett in an interview said he shook hands with Pascoe and said he wanted to Coach WT in 2020. Pascoe wanted him to join immediately for 2019 so he could tell Ivan to leave asap, Ivan was prepared to stay for 2019. So, sorry, he bungled it good and proper.

I’m still a little shocked after Joffa leaving we are not in the papers chasing anyone , player for this season and beyond plus some other players we need in positions ( Centre , 5/8 , Half , ) I know James may be bought up to replace Joffa but he is good for 15 minutes , Blore told to move on , we need to get a move on , Grab the bulldogs Averillo first up and keep going , Brooks offer $ 650 to stay if not go hard for 6/7

Hoffa May have been on a diehard list. Better players get snapped up quickly.
I thought Averillo has signed with Redcliffe?
Not sure what Brooks could be thinking obviously, but imagine he would want that number to start with a 7? Wouldn’t be surprised if Roosters grab Brooks.
