I disagree to some extent, I thought when he was at cowboys he showed a lot of potential but once he got to knights that changed pretty quickly. Do I think he’s our answer, no not at all

I thought about posting about Clifford as an option for us yesterday as he has a clause in his Hull contract that he can return to NRL anytime. Apparently killing it for Hull then I saw his missed tackles stats this season 🤦‍♂️

My comment was more directed at the Dodd hype.
Last year St Helens were dominant without him. This year, not so much.

It's a good motto. Playing KOE only teaches bad habits and a lower standard of play. The good ones should be shielded from it.

How many times do we see it, a great junior who tears it up in the lower grades but gets to N.R.L and is just bog average because they coasted through the juniors and never needed to develop their game, once they got to N.R.L level they get found out and don't have the ability to adapt and develop. Hopefully if Fainu comes he's not in that basket the other worry is not putting too much pressure on him from the get go.

I don't usually go off highlights but that kid is all class. Engages the line and defenders well and backs up off the ball also which is a very hard trait to have. Would be very happy if we got this kid. I would get rid of AD and get my man Tracey to play alongside him also.
Be nice if our edge backrowers could run lines like the manly edge players i saw in the clip.

There's been so many mentions of Fainu, and now Manly give him permission to negotiate? Fingers crossed this leads to something.

The Wakeham/Fainu thing could get interesting, although I've not heard there is a problem between Sione & Wakeham at the club- so maybe that is overblown.

Benji approaching Madden sounds like an immediate fix to our halves issue more than a long term fix. Much like Wakeham- there have been moments. Just not an endless stream of good.

There really is a need for some kind of experience in our halves options, particularly if Fainu happens. Is this where Cogger fits? 25/26 year old place holder until the kids are good enough?

The backrow version of Fainu would be a great add as well- we lack that rangy type of wide player.

I dont mind Cogger or Lam as our half with Fainu has the 5/8. AD has no place in the squad.

He is hit and miss in SL....a big pass from me based on his efforts in SL. SL is where he will make his money for longevity. He cannot handle the pressure.

From memory- he's a centre. I think he might have played against us in a trial- could be thinking of the wrong guy though.
