Reading through the Manly forum, never realised how much most of them truly dislike Aloiai. Always thought he was going good for them but turns out he's not very well regarded amongst supporters

He's far, lazy and arrogant. Of course they dislike him

Its getting alarming tbh... We had like 1.5m for Moses and missed, Joe O freed up anther 600k and now brooks frees up even more money but Tigers still crickets.. Can only hope they are doting the I and crossing the T on an announcement is very soon. Would love a mass signing like Manly just did but we can all dream..

1 Rumours - Very busy, 20 pages a day usually complete crap.
2 Losses & Releases - Also busy, at least one update a week
1 Signings - Usually inactive with the occasional updates equally at home in the things that make you laugh thread

From all reports Adam is settled and happy but doesn’t mam come off contract end of next year

He'll only be going there for the rest of this season. The displaced bloke is Tanah Boyd (Toby Sexton is already on the outer) at the GC

You could sign Cameron Munster. Wests Tigers will be Wests Tigers. He would quickly become comfortable in the system that Wests Tigers are. No belief. Bottom dwellers. Sustainability in mediocrity. Hasler is taken, Flanagan is taken, Webster they ditched, Payton they ditched. Whereas a good coach realises your potential aka Melbourne, Dolphins, Broncos etc........ However there is always a silver lining in all things in life...... playing for Wests Tigers gives you 2 great opportunities. 1. Good junior football program and 2. When you make the big time at Wests Tigers - you are on show for the bigger teams in the competition to graduate to.
And an observation from yesterday - Kevin Walters on Ben Hunt after Broncos loss - why would he come to us after that performance?
Damning! Where does that leave Wests Tigers.

In previous Years I would have agreed totally

However in 2023 I have seen a different attitude. We play with more discipline and Maturity.

In my opinion the best outcome we could hope for short term would be to somehow get Braydon Trindalll released from his contract with the Sharks to be our starting 7. Add the fact he mainly plays on the right and has already proven he can take on the role as dominant playmaker and dominant general play kicker at NRL level. Play Latu Fainu as our starting 6 on his favoured left side.
Recruit Blake Taafe as our regular 14 who can cover any position in the backline, be our back up 9 to add some spark when Api is tired and also keep pressure on young Fainu for the starting 5/8 position.
If Taafe is not happy with that scenario we ideally need someone who can cover a similar role.
Add Jack Cogger as our back up 7 as he too would add big pressure on the ones in front of him to perform or he would take their spot. If JC is not happy with that scenario, Adam Clune would be just as good.

and to think plenty on here thought he wouldn't play nrl... he will be partnered with one of the best 7's in the comp and we are left with nothing at present

Good 14 as he’s a very useful back up 9, plays well in the halves and can fill in at 13 to add another playmaking option.
