yes… they had a good run in the 80s…

but they were diabolical in the 90s… I remember walking out at half time at LO against the Eels one game when they were down 36-0… earliest I have ever left a game …

last night was even worse I think
 
Great summary of the situation. I would only add to the first point “over inflated egos and lack of self awareness”. Otherwise, yeah hard to see a positive future in the short term. I just hope we can retain the junior talent and attract some experience in the right positions to nurture them.

Unless something changes, any junior with potential and talent isn't going to stay here if they have any self respect.

No one wants to lose every week.

I brought the tv downstairs in the backyard and put on a fire pit yesterday but it was all for nought, pregame film was better 😉, my young kids only know the tigers as losers and I take very little enjoyment watching. TripleMMM said during the bulldogs game we really need a separate conference with just us, dragons and dogs. 😔😔
 
Barely watch games now and probably this Forum is the only thing related to WT I have now.

I honestly can't see us turning things around for 5 years. All the other teams have gone so far ahead of us.

I think it's good to not have any hope and just be a passive supporter. Enjoy a win when you get it, turn off the tv if it's getting ugly like yesterday - better for your sanity.

But I just read the seething hate and anger that is the dogs fan forum. Yes there is anger and frustration here too. but also some wry humour, and talk about character. Maybe That’s the light in the tunnel.

Bulldogs forum is terrible at the best of times with abusive blatant swearing at anybody they disagree with,certainly not all of them but i would say at least three quarters.I doubt there would be worse forum in any code of sport in Australia
