He's been probably the best centre in the comp so far in Jersey Flegg this year (he's also playing up a grade).how long feledy is ready to take one of those centre spots ?
Still only 18 though.
I'd say there'll be a lot of NRL for him in 2024.

He scored a try, so therefore in WT world that means a contract extension. We extended our backups on long term deals when they hadn't proven themselves, nor were others sniffing around. We should have had Naden, Talau Toa and Kepaoa all off contract this season, instead only one is... Poor planning, unless Naden is on ~200k or less, it's not an acceptable situation. He has always been that way.
He is 28 in December, can’t see him picking up another level around consistency.
No club wanted him when we signed him & he was open about why he joined us (he knew he was a walk up starter).
Why we extended him for such a long deal beats me.
It just shows that whomever is making the calls on who should and shouldn't be released is not up to it. They need to go, the decision making isn't good enough.I know. It wreaks of desperation at the time. Naden, whilst a good guy, has proven to be too inconsistent and prone to brain explosions. Kepaoa just lacks critical IQ especially in defence & just hasn't kicked on.
I would swap either of these two for Connor Tracey, Kayal Iro or Paul Momo.
Let's hope that problem was solved with McDonnell out/Fulton in.I

I'd like to see Sam Stonestreet up against Will Warbrick. Has a real Super Hero feel to it.Sam Stonestreet - a gun!
Also no coincidence how the opposing Origin teams are doing.I was listening to the Sunday Footy show, and after Fittler gave shallow/predictable comments about the Wests Tigers woes, then came Billy Slater with positivity about the young squad and how experience will come along with success.
No coincidence that Slater is of the Bellamy line of thinking and that, in turn, is Sheens having influenced Bellamy etc.
Exciting youth blended with old heads will do the trick.
Now that tells me the 2005 model can live again.
