Sheens is as much a victim of the weaknesses in the playing group as anyone but he also bought alot of it on himself by grandstanding about the obvious changes we would see in the style of play as if it would bring positive difference.

He sold everyone a mirage. It was almost childish like wasn't it. I can fix things by just getting them to attack more.

He got Bula right though and that kid is special.

The board need to get Gadget, Fiasco and Sheens into a room and not let them out until they can agree on a coordinated approach to delivering a successful team. A single vision, defined roles and a united effort is the only way ahead.

Even if that happened, Gadget and co. will go behind their backs and make their own moves without consulting Sheens and team.
